Deposits that stick

Stripe, deposits, balances, refunds and coupons — without touching card data yourself.

Refund from the admin when a cancellation falls inside your window.
Discount codes sit beside deposits rather than fighting them.
Why it matters
A deposit at booking changes behaviour. Buildler Booking takes payment through Stripe or PayPal on Pro and above — you never handle the card number. Apple Pay, Google Pay and European methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and SEPA enable where Stripe supports them.
The free plan still lets customers pay on site. Online card capture, deposits and balances are paid-plan capabilities. If a paid licence lapses, bookings keep working; you simply stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Balances and refunds
Attach a deposit rule to a service or form, leave the remainder due on arrival, and keep both amounts on the original payment so refunds stay clean. Coupons reduce what is owed without inventing a second ledger.
Refund from the admin in one action when someone cancels inside your policy. Outside the window, the deposit stays — the plugin does not nag customers with countdown banners about your licence.
Keys live in WordPress settings; card data never touches your server.
Fixed amount or percentage per service, with the balance due later.
One admin action, tied to the original charge.
