Recurring appointments

Series, repeats and standing slots cover weekly lessons, retainers and ongoing treatments. Each occurrence still passes capacity and staff rules, so a series cannot silently double-book an instructor or chair.

Recurring appointments are a Business and Ultimate capability. Free and Pro remain useful for one-off diaries; upgrading adds series tools rather than unlocking the right to keep existing bookings.

When life intervenes, staff can adjust a single occurrence or the wider series from admin. Where self-service is enabled, customers can be limited to one occurrence so they cannot unwind an entire term by accident.

Reminders and deposits follow the same policies as ordinary bookings — recurrence is a scheduling shape, not a separate product with different ethics.
