Features

Customer self-service

Reschedule and cancel without an account — through signed links, not a shared password.

01

No forced account

Customers manage one booking from a signed link in email or SMS.

02

Your policy still applies

Cutoffs, deposit refunds and staff alerts stay under your control.

03

Less front-desk telephone

Common changes happen without a call during busy periods.

Why it matters

People change plans. The diary should absorb that calmly.

Customers reschedule and cancel without creating an account. Links in reminders and confirmation emails open a signed self-service page for that booking only — not a general login that can see every appointment in the practice.

Self-service for customers is a Pro capability and above. The free plugin still lets staff manage bookings in admin. When a licence lapses, existing appointments remain; you lose updates and support, not the diary itself.

Policy, not chaos

Self-service is not a free-for-all.

Set how close to the appointment a change is allowed, whether a deposit refunds, and which staff receive a notification. Series bookings can expose a single occurrence or the whole series when you permit it.

The same capacity and timezone rules apply after a reschedule, so moving a slot cannot invent double bookings.
